Description
The Ferrari 275 GTB/C (Competizione) of 1966 was a factory-prepared racing version of the road-going 275 GTB, produced in just 12 examples for endurance racing. With a dry-sump lubricated version of the 3.3-litre V12 engine, lightweight aluminium bodywork, and a six-carburettor intake system, the GTB/C competed at Le Mans, the Sebring 12 Hours, and the Nurburgring 1000km. CMC's definitive 1:18 scale diecast presents the GTB/C in Ferrari Rosso Corsa, capturing the competition car's distinctive wider wheel arches, racing-specification wheels and tyres, and slight body modifications that differentiated it from the road car. CMC's mastercraft construction reproduces every panel, seam, and mechanical detail with extraordinary fidelity. A landmark model for Ferrari racing history collectors and enthusiasts of 1960s endurance competition.
