2. Products
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible, including colours, scales, and packaging. However, slight variations may occur due to monitor settings or manufacturing differences between production runs. All products are subject to availability.
Model Car Planet reserves the right to discontinue any product at any time. Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical errors in pricing or product descriptions.
3. Orders & Payment
By placing an order on our website, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Your payment information is processed securely and we do not store full card details on our servers.
Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email is an acknowledgement of receipt of your order, not an acceptance of it. Acceptance occurs when your order is dispatched.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide using tracked delivery services. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Free shipping is available on orders over EUR 99. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Model Car Planet is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If a parcel is lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees (where applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
5. Returns & Refunds
We offer a 60-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be returned in their original, unopened condition and original packaging. We do not accept returns of opened, assembled, or damaged items unless the product was received in a defective or damaged state.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet our return conditions.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. To cancel, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and you will need to follow our returns process.
