60-Day Return & Refund Policy

At Model Car Planet, your satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 60-day return policy — you have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

• The item must be in the same condition as received — unworn, unused, with all original tags attached.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
• The return must be requested within 60 days of receiving the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been assembled, modified, or damaged after delivery.
• Items without original packaging or missing components.
• Sale items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at sales@modelcarplanet.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.

Important: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

We offer free return shipping on all eligible returns. Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label. You will not be charged for return shipping.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
• Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
• If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at sales@modelcarplanet.com.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at sales@modelcarplanet.com with photos of the item and packaging. We will evaluate the issue and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different model or variant, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. Contact us at sales@modelcarplanet.com and we will assist you.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, in addition to our 60-day return policy. The item must be in its original condition — unworn, unused, with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
