At ModelCarPlanet, we are committed to fast, secure, and reliable delivery of die-cast model cars to collectors worldwide. This policy outlines all shipping terms, delivery times, costs, and procedures.

Processing Time
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (1 business day) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Worldwide Shipping — Delivery Times by Region
We ship to customers worldwide. Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- European Union (EU): 5–7 business days
- United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada (North America): 7–14 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–21 business days
- Asia: 7–21 business days
- Rest of the World: 10–21 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, local postal services, or unforeseen delays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination country and order weight. We offer:
- Free worldwide tracked shipping on all orders over €150
- Flat-rate tracked shipping for orders under €150 — calculated at checkout based on destination
Courier Services
We use trusted international courier and postal services to ensure safe and timely delivery:
- DHL Express — for express international shipments
- Lithuanian Post (Lietuvos Paštas) — for standard international tracked parcels
- DPD / GLS — for European deliveries
The courier service used may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Order Tracking
All shipments are sent with a tracking number. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time. If you have not received tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact us at sales@modelcarplanet.com.
Customs Duties, VAT & Import Taxes
International shipments (outside the EU) may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
- We declare all items at their full commercial value and cannot mark packages as "gifts" to avoid customs fees.
- Customs processing times may add additional days to your estimated delivery time.
- We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.
Secure Packaging
All die-cast model cars are carefully packed with protective materials — including foam padding and reinforced boxes — to ensure they arrive in excellent, collector-grade condition.
Lost or Missing Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please take the following steps:
- Check your tracking link for the latest status update.
- Check with your local post office or neighbours in case a delivery attempt was made.
- Contact us at sales@modelcarplanet.com with your order number.
If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will offer a full replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Claims for lost packages must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
Wrong Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sales@modelcarplanet.com — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.
