Orders can be returned or exchanged within 60 days of receiving the parcel, providing they are in original resalable condition.

We pack every model with great care, but if something arrives damaged, we'll make it right — that's our responsibility, not yours. Just email us within 14 days of delivery with a few photos of the item and the packaging, and we'll sort out a replacement, exchange, or refund, whichever you prefer. Please don't send anything back before contacting us first.
